The shared user will receive an E-mail with a QR code.
Scan the QR code to download the LiveHome app.the shared user has to register an account(Be sure to use the same email address as before ).Log in to the account and you'll see the shared doorbell.

Q:why is my WiFi signal poor on my doorbell?
A:Your doorbell maybe too far away from your wireless router or you may have some obstructions in between that reduce signal strength.you might try repositioning your router or getting signal extender/repeater for your wireless router.
